What I do in the mornings. I brew a strong pot of coffee. While I sip on my cup o joe, I start searching for deals on line (for myself.. and for you). I like posting these, people benefit and that makes me feel good. I want to say, that sometimes people get notified of these deals late. That’s a bummer, but there is little I can do. Some deals move fast, while others can last for days. For all of my email subscribers out there, I changed the delivery time to be 3PM MST instead of 8PM. Hopefully that would help, but those that really want to catch these deals, you might want to like EffectsBay on Facebook and follow on Twitter, since I post there when the post goes live.
Okay, with that out of the way, let’s talk about this deal. This time it’s on the Dunlop DVP1 Volume Pedal. This volume pedal is the ‘treaded’ version and looks similar to the classic Dunlop wah chassis (except bigger). I looked at this volume pedal very closely in the past, and if I saw this deal then, I would have been all over it.
The Dunlop DVP1 Volume Pedal lists at $170.61, and is usually available for $100.00, but is currently on sale for a crazy low price of $59.99 at Amazon. The DVP1 also ships for FREE! I wanted to say thanks to Christian at Facebook for letting me know about this one. Thanks Christian!
UPDATE: Latest price is $75 with 12 units in stock (still $25 savings) – 2PM MST.
Here is a very thorough review/demo by Jungleboy867
In this demo he mentions a very slight loss of signal. In my experience, it’s very hard to avoid this with volume pedals, and the simplest solution for this is a buffer after the volume.
Again, the Dunlop DVP1 Volume Pedal is on sale for a great price of $59.99 at Amazon.com. Again, the unit availability count AND the price may change after the count drops, so if you’re interested, jump on it now!

Even though there aren’t any in stock from Amazon at the the $59.99, you can still buy it for that price, you just have to wait for them to be in stock again. If you don’t mind waiting, click on the “24 New” link and choose Amazon. I bought it even though they are not in stock to get the best price. I can wait for them to get some more and now I’ve locked in that price. The only bad thing would be if they don’t plan to get anymore in stock.
