Philippe Herndon over at Caroline Guitar Company is a great guy, and I’m always interested in what he’s up to. We had an opportunity to demo the Caroline Guitar Company Wave Cannon a while back and it’s great to see the amount of success/praise the company has received for it.
Philippe just emailed me letting me know that they’re working on a delay project called the Kilobyte Delay. Knowing their attention to detail, and their sonic style, I know this delay is going to be super kick ass. Currently, they’re running a Kickstarter campaign to develop the first run of production delays. This campaign has already met it’s goal, but think of this is a pre-order. With a pledge of $225 you can pick up one of the first run Kilobytes and receive it before it’s out to distributors, as well as get a t-shirt.
