Today’s Pedal Line Friday submission is from Cody Lindsey. If you have a pedal line (doesn’t have to be in a board) for your rig, please email me a photo, bio, description of pedals and routing to pedalline@nulleffectsbay.com. Every Friday I’ll showcase a pedal line submission. Make sure you include any links to your band or music page.
Pedal Line Friday – 11/3 – Cody Lindsey
Well, it’s a strange thing to wrap up a homegrown record, especially when you’re trying to get turning 40 out of your system in the process. What does 40 sound like? For this dude, it sounds like 1987, and this is the board that proves it on our new project, ‘Consider Your Cage’ (free for streaming and download at the35band.com!). I wanted Slash by way of The Edge, and I wanted it in front of a Dr. Z M12/Z-Best stack. Maximum pedal platform exploitation, minimum volume. What will 50 sound like? Man, I hope I get to find out. Oh, and all the other gear particulars from the record are on the website, too. Nerd is as nerd does.
