Johnny Balmer of Alchemy Audio is one of my favorite pedal dudes out there. Genuinely a nice guy. Hard working. Also, very focused on contributing back to the gear community out there. I recently stumbled on a cool YouTube series by Consequence of Sound called Sole Kitchen. I love this concept. Basically, Johnny is your host of a cooking show *vibe* but related to pedals. I’m so in. Every episode (that I know of) has a guest where they talk pedals and music.
The episode that I wanted to bring up today is with Alex White. She’s also super rad and incredibly hard working. She’s part of the brother / sister duo called White Mystery. My band has played with them multiple times when they play Missoula. So I was especially interested in this particular episode. Check it out!
