Pedal Line Friday – 6/2 – Anthony Malito

Today’s Pedal Line Friday submission is from Anthony Malito. If you have a pedal line (doesn’t have to be in a board) for your rig, please email me a photo, bio, description of pedals and routing to pedalline@nulleffectsbay.com. Every Friday I’ll showcase a pedal line submission. Make sure you include any links to your band or music page.

I was reading on your website about the submission of the week and here is a photo of my current pedalboard with a description of the signal chain. Thank you.

Diago Gigman PB02 (using 2x 9V power supplies and 2x isolaters for the Reverb & Echoplex from Diago and thegigrig.com)

Using a pair of One Control Junction Boxes the FX are split in 2;
A) Right Side line in from guitar to front of amp:
1- Dunlop Zakk Wylde Wah
2- MXR Phase 95
3- MXR Super Comp
4- MXR EVH Overdrive
5- MXR 6-Band EQ
6- Way Huge Angry Troll Boost
7- Tetra-Teknica Tuner

B) Left side thru amp’s FX Loop:
8- MXR Micro Chorus
9) MXR Micro Flanger
10) MXR Uni-Vibe
11) MXR Echoplex
12) MXR Reverb

The metallic mini pedal towards the top right is a friend’s built killswitch (by stomping on the red volume switch) not yet inserted in the chain.

What a simple design to evoke tone. Great work.
