Pedal Line Friday – 1/6 – Matthew Melnick

My name is Matt Melnick and I live in Springfield Gardens NY. I play guitar in 3 bands, Darkside NYC, Downlow and Disassociate. Here’s the latest configuration of my pedalboard –

Guitar > Cry baby wah/volume > Decimator II  G String >>  GEC9 looped into Decimator << (Digitech Grunge, Donner Alchemy, Electro Harmonix Soul Food, Korg Pitch Black tuner, and Mooer Repeater delay) Decimator out to my amp (Mesa Boogie MK III, Marshall 4×12″ slant cabinet)

I built the board from plywood I had in the garage and a 2×4. Painted the wood flat black, cut the riser bar to size, got industrial Velcro from Walmart and put it down on both levels. The top bar is velcro’d to 2 side blocks so I can remove it for easy access to the Voodoo Labs pedal power 2 power supply. Bought some felt from Michaels art supply store and hot glued it to the bottom.
