To me, the best part of give aways is meeting new people who have been long time readers of the site. There is always that moment of disbelief when I send the emails. “I can’t believe I won” sort of thing. That always puts a grin on my face. The give aways are a great thing – for everyone. It provides a great opportunity for the builder to show off their goods to many, many eyeballs out there. And I love that it reinforces a sense of community here at Effects Bay.

Here’s a pic of me holding the Flex Reaction pedalboard! Not as easy as just holding up a pedal up like past winner pics, so I tried to get a shot that showed the board & the name!

Thanks again, it’s such a nice pedalboard & I’m so excited to have won & plan on using it for my 2nd band which is a David Bowie tribute project named Stardust Memories. We have a show coming up in early February, so I’ll send a pic of it when it’s set up for that gig!
