As promised, I have a great give away happening again. Recently I was able to test drive the Lightning Boy Op-2 Comp and was quite impressed with this solid tube powered optical compressor. The Op-2 is based on the Teletronix LA-2A rack compressor and utilizes a pair of NOS 12AU7 tubes. The pedal sounds great, works great, and is easy to use. If you’re in the market for a great sounding, warm, tube compression, this is your guy.
