I have to admit, over the last few years, I’ve been listening to lot of podcasts. Maybe I’m slightly addicted. Not sure, but while I work I love listening to various podcasts to give myself a break from music or the news.. dear God.. the news is exhausting lately. I listen to a variety podcasts, believe it or not, not all gear related. One of the gear related podcasts I do enjoy is The Tone Mob.
The Tone Mob is run/hosted by Blake Wyland who is a very cool guy I got to know a little bit. I discovered Tone Mob on Instagram, and they have a fantastic following there. But I started checking out his podcasts, and really have been enjoying them. His format is what I can appreciate, it’s usually Blake and usually a various gear builder, just talking gear and life. It reminds me of just about every guitar conversation I have with other gear nerds. Talking gear.. is super fun, and hearing other people talking gear is always interesting, fun, and I always find that I can relate in some ways with the guests – which is something I enjoy. Also, as a fellow builder myself, I’m always interested other businesses owners struggle.. .and overcome those dips to find themselves on the other side.
