I’m active in another project/site called Pedal Finder. For those of you not familiar with this site, it’s a great site to learn about pedals. There are plenty of sites where you can do searches on pedals, but what’s different about Pedal Finder? Well, you can actually find pedals you’re not familiar with AND that are related to you. For example, if you were looking for a good delay pedal and you play ‘stoner rock’, you could search by adding some criteria, and find delays that other people that play stoner rock have reviewed. I wanted a way to search and find pedals that you can discover! And trust, me.. that’s just scratching the surface of the site.
Right now on Pedal Finder, we’re giving away Sunsine Audio Limited Edition Gold Harmonic Decoder, which is an absolutely crazy pedal. This is how Fletcher (Sunsine Audio) describes the pedal – A phase-locked loop (PLL) is an electronic circuit with a voltage – or current – driven oscillator that is constantly adjusted to match in phase (and thus lock on) the frequency of an input signal. In addition to stabilizing a particular communications channel, a PLL can be used to generate a signal, modulate or demodulate a signal, reconstitute a signal, or multiple or divide a frequency. PLL circuits are commonly found in touch tone phones, dial up modems, radio control systems, Laser Tag games and infrared remote controls.

So the give away is happening at Pedal Finder right now. What do you have to do to enter? All you have to do is interact with the site. Simply create an account at Pedal Finder and begin reviewing the pedals you own! Each review counts as an entry. Creating an account.. counts as an entry. Also, this is the kicker.. your entries will be counted in upcoming give aways as well. To start, go here and start having fun!
