A couple of my favorite things colliding in cyber space. We’re talking about Knobs Demo of the Old Blood Noise Endeavors Black Fountain! You know I like Knobs.. I like ’em alot! I was also stoked to see that they have an official web site now – KnobsDemos.com (check ’em out!). Okay, you also know I’m a big fan of Old Blood Noise Endeavors – I still don’t own a pedal… but soon people.. soon, I’ll have the Black Fountain and/or the Haunt Fuzz for sure. It’s only a matter of time.
So this video features the Old Blood Noise Endeavors Black Fountain delay, which is a great sounding delay. It’s dark, murky and moody, and that is why it rules. If you’re looking for that crisp digital delay sound.. well.. this is not the delay for you. If you’re looking into developing atmospheric soundscape – now.. this is the delay for you.
Knobs Demos are special, weird and entertaining.. while showcasing what a pedal is capable of without riffing all day long. Riffs and technical demos are important – don’t get me wrong, but sometimes a video like this shows off the creative potential, and with some pedal purchases, that can be a major priority. Okay.. let’s watch and listen:
The Black Fountain can give you 800ms of delay time with 3 modes – Modern, Organ and Vintage. I love the modulation aspect of this delay as well. If you’re interested, you can purchase the Old Blood Noise Endeavors Black Fountain for $199 directly from Old Blood Noise Endeavors.
Also, be sure to subscribe to Knobs on YouTube!!!
