This morning I came across a Stupid Deal on the Vox Tone Garage Double Deca Delay at Musician’s Friend. I feel like a few of you might be into this guy for sure. This is an interesting delay by Vox, where you can combine short and long delays (hence the name). Controls include the standard Level, Feedback and Time, as well as Modulation.
Let’s talk about the actual delay, which uses the the 3205 BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) chip. The short mode delay uses a single 3205 giving you a max of 300ms with a clear delay sound. The long mode uses all three BBD chips giving you 900ms of delay, but now we’re talking about the darker classic analog sound in the repeats. Selecting both with give you a combination of the two styles of delay.

Not bad right?
So let’s get to the deal. The Vox Tone Garage Double Deca Delay lists at $210, and is usually available for $160, but is currently on sale for a crazy low price of $79.99! That’s 50% off the regular price! If you’re looking into picking up a delay, this deal is pretty hard to beat, I would jump on this, since we don’t know how long this offer will be around today!

Thanks for pointing this out! In Canadian dollars, it's $105 plus there'll be duty and so on. However … on the up side, I have a Zoom MultiStomp. So I hooked up two echo pedals, one set at 300ms and the second set at 900ms. Trippy!
