Pedal Line Friday – 1/10 – Masaki Murashita

Today’s pedal line is from Masaki Murashita. If you have a pedal line (doesn’t have to be in a board) for your rig, please email me a photo, bio, description of pedals and routing to pedalline@nulleffectsbay.com. Every Friday I’ll showcase a pedal line submission. Make sure you include any links to your band or music page.

Pedal Line Friday - 1/10 - Masaki MurashitaHello,

My name is Masaki Murashita, I’m a singer/guitarist of the Metal band Hemoptysis (He-mop-ti-sis).

I would like to submit my pedalboard pic & video to the Pedal Line Friday on Effectsbay.com .

“This “All-In-One Pedalboard” has everything including preamp (ISP Theta preamp pedal) and power amp (ISP Stealth) on the board. The signal starts from guitar and goes into EHX Switch Blade then Providence PEC-2 Switching System. Providence Delay 80’s are placed before preamp, and all other pedals are placed in between pre and power amp to have cleaner sound in crunch channel. Providence Final Booster is used as a booster for lead channel, and all pedals and amp’s channel is programmed with RJM Switch gizmo and Providence PEC-2. As a Metal guitarist, built in Decimator G String II on Theta preamp is a huge thing because it kills all hiss/hum noise without losing sustain. It’s light, and I get same sound everywhere I go and all I need to do is plug my guitar in and put the speaker cable to the cab. It’s simple and easy. No more carrying refrigerator sized rig to the shows!

Pedals:
Electro Harmonix: Switch Blade
ISP Stealth Power Amp
ISP Theta Preamp Pedal
Peterson StroboStomp 2
Providence Delay 80’s
Providence Chrono Delay
Providence Anadime Chorus
Providence Final Booster
T-Rex Octavius
Providence PEC-2 Switching System
RJM Switch Gizmo
Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 4×4

Cables:
Providence P203 Patch Cables
Providence PAC-104C DC Cables
Providence E205 Guitar Cable
Providence R301 Cables (TRS)
