FUZZROCIOUS Pedals – Ram the Manparts

FUZZROCIOUS Pedals - Ram the ManpartsI like Fuzzrocious Pedals. We did a give away a little while back that was awesome. Shortly after that, I started seeing one of my favorite bands – Foals using them as well. Then recently, I just posted about a rig rundown of Russian Circles, and again, Fuzzrocious was in the picture. These guys are definitely getting their pedals out there, and some choice musicians are getting their hands on them – which is a great sign of something awesome in the box.

I mentioned Russian – Brian Cook (bass) uses one, among others Fuzzrocious pedals (you can read more here). He mentioned that the name of Ram the Manparts was possibly in reference to his older band Botch, where they had the song – Man the Ramparts.

What started me on this whole tangent was the following demo by Dan Briggs of the band ORBS:

That sound is cool. Tough is a way I would like to describe it, but I wanted something a little more detailed in regards to a demo and I found this by Greg’s Guitar Lessons:

As you can see.. some interesting tones from this unit. If you’re interested in one for yourself (It’s on my short list of want-to-buy), you can purchase it at Amazon.com for $165.00, but definitely checkout Fuzzrocious Pedals on line for their other pedals. Awesome.
