Today, I came across a fantastic deal on a BBE pedal. This time it’s for the BBE Bench Press Vintage Compressor. The BBE Bench Press compressor is modeled after the classic Ross Compressor. The BBE Bench Press Compressor lists for $215, and is usually available for $150, but is currently on sale for unbelievable low price of $59.99 at Amazon. How does $90 off the going rate sound? Pretty good? I thought so. This pedal also ships with FREE super saver shipping.
Here is the official description of the BBE Bench Press Compressor:
The BBE BenchPress is a vintage compressor pedal that was patterned after the long discontinued Ross compressor. Unfortunately, it might be difficult today finding one that’s in reliable condition and won’t cost you an arm and a leg. The heart of the BBE BenchPress compressor pedal is fueled by a NOS CA3080 OTA (Operational Transconductance Amplifier), 1% metal-film resistors and true hardwire bypass for better fidelity, and features an Attack control to offer players more flexibility than the original compressor effect pedal.
I found this good video by ScanProAudioTV talking about the BBE Bench Press Compressor:

Again, the BBE Bench Press Vintage Compressor is on sale for only $59.99 at Amazon.com. At the time of this posting there were only 3 units available. Usually when the item count goes to 1, the price will spike back up. So if you’re interested in this compressor, you might want to jump on it!
