Wow.. I’m pumped about this one. I just took advantage of this deal for a friend of mine before I posted this. At Amazon (via Alto Music) there is a very nice deal on the MXR M169 Carbon Copy Analog Delay. This pedal lists at $254.61, and is usually available for $150, but is on sale for a great price of $98.39 + shipping. That’s $50 off the going rate for that pedal – which happens to be a fantastic analog delay.

Unless Joyo has released a REAL analog delay using Bucket Brigade chips in the past month or so Im pretty sure you bought a digital delay with analog filtering using the PT2399 IC. It isn’t a true analog delay and bugs the heck out of me. I do like delays using this IC but labeling it as true analog is false advertising.
