No-veller not Nah-veller. Check. Got it. About 3 months ago, I started listening and discovering some great performances by Sarah Lipstate and her project under the name of Noveller. Noveller is a solo project where Sarah builds sonic landscapes with a plethora of loopers/delays/reverbs/drives etc and with her Fender Jaguar. I’ve been very interested in atmospheric solo music lately, so to see what she’s been up to has been very inspiring for me.
Sarah is not only a very talented musician but a very creative visual artist. She physically manipulates 16mm film by painting directly on to blank leader (clear film) and sewing thread directly onto the surface. She then projects these images as part of the experience intertwining visual with the audio. Awesomeness.
Here is a great interview with Sarah Lipstate by EventideStompboxes:

Have any of you seen here performance live? Curious what you think of her performance and how she develops her sonic landscape. For more information about Noveller, please check out her website!
