This a bummer. I sent a email to Musician’s Friend this morning asking about the problem. Hopefully, they’ll get back to me with an answer. Can you email with more details.. in case they ask. Can you let me know what item you were purchasing, etc… could be a clue to the problem. Thanks.. and sorry.

I’m hoping that code will work. They contacted me letting me know it was messed up and they were addressing the problem, but it also mentioned a new code coming. They may have just fixed the existing code. Hope it works out for you!
