Today’s pedal line is from Ivan Lopez Garrido (from Denmark). If you have a pedal line (doesn’t have to be in a board) for your rig, please email me a photo, bio, description of pedals and routing to pedalline@nulleffectsbay.com. Every Friday I’ll showcase a pedal line submission. Make sure you include any links to your band or music page.
Here is my Pedalline. It’s very simple.
MXR Micro Amp – EHX English Muff’n – EHX LPB-1 – Korg DT-10
First is the MXR boost. I use it for adding an extra gainstage to my distortion.
Next up is my EHX English Muff’n. It’s the heart of my sound, and with boost as gain stage its really all I need.
Unless I need more volume for solo or just noise. For this I use EHX LPB-1. It gives me more volume . Thank you.
My line ends with my tuner Korg DT-10. I placed it at the end because I mute my signal when I’m not playing. Then I don’t need to bother to tap around my board and switch off the other pedals. Yeah – I’m lazy, but on the other hand I can’t hear the difference with or without the tuner. The tones comes from a heavily modified Telecaster or a ’64 Höfner 176 and ends in a Fender Twin Silverface from ’69. I use my tones with my band Oberst – http://oberst.bz – we’re from Denmark.
