Well friends.. I’ve been sick. Sinus infection from hell. Wife has been yelling at me to go to the doctors for days.. possibly weeks, and I finally went this morning. Got script for some antibiotics. Snorted some Afrin (which I have to say.. it’s been nice to smell again). With this new found relief, I thought I would write a post.
Yesterday, I stumbled on these three videos where Tom Morello talks about a few of his signature guitar moves as well as his gear set up. Morello is a guitarist I definitely admire. Strong riffs, and some new found creativity with guitar. Unconventional. Creative. Innovative. Like he said in one of the videos, his complete disregard of the instrument… which allows him to think outside of the box. Love it.
Since this site is about effects, I wanted to break down his board that he used for this older video (posted in 2008 – GuitarWorld).
